On the Grow out pens,the feed troth can easily get knock off and the quail escape.

Customer service has been wonderful but I have to say that I am disappointed in the backorder situation. Promised backorder date for the product I ordered has been put off another six weeks or so, and when it comes to raising birds it makes planning very difficult. I'm hesitant to start incubating eggs now based upon the newest delivery date because I'm not sure I can trust that date either. Staff however, has followed up with pleasant phone and email messages.

Love the brooder, but its a pain to put together. Have to get replacement parts for two things. My quail seem happy though

I paid extra to have to have the twocages sent to me that day. After several days I still dont have my cages. So now I'm very upset and want a refund for the extra shipping that I paid for.

Haven’t had a result from my email as of yet. However, I’m hopeful...
