We purchased the 3 stack of quail cages. They arrived promptly. We found one piece broken and immediately reported the issue, and they immediately shipped a replacement part. Great Customer support.

Our original order was for a 3 tier quail cage and 9 months later we end up ordering a 2 layer addition to make it into a 5 star hotel. Our birds LOVE this set up. Best of all NO RUST after pressure washing and because the birds are happy we are happy. Thank You Sue for taking the time to ensure our relationship with Hatching Time remains secured and trusted.
