We purchased the 3 stack of quail cages. They arrived promptly. We found one piece broken and immediately reported the issue, and they immediately shipped a replacement part. Great Customer support.

Our original order was for a 3 tier quail cage and 9 months later we end up ordering a 2 layer addition to make it into a 5 star hotel. Our birds LOVE this set up. Best of all NO RUST after pressure washing and because the birds are happy we are happy. Thank You Sue for taking the time to ensure our relationship with Hatching Time remains secured and trusted. Really great customer service and awesome delivery time

I ordered the two story quail cage and it was fairly easy to assemble. the Staff are also great. I had some parts come broken and the staff promptly replaced the broken parts and shipped them next day delivery. Great job guys, I have already recommended your site to others
