I have written to you regarding points I had earned under trudog, never got a reply. It seems like trudog had a higher quality product as well. Will not be ordering any more.

Here it is 8/29, which makes it 16 days since I placed my order. I contacted FedEx to see why, and they told me the seller uses their slowest service available. So what did I pay shipping fees for? I've never had to wait this long for Trudog, but I guess things are way different with Halo. Will shop elsewhere for raw food.

I had a problem with an order that was placed. My account was under a gentleman name and his address in Washington. Not me. I tried reaching customer service a tons of times to get no reply by phone just emails that never answered my concerns. That was upsetting to me. It’s important to give great Customer Satisfaction. However , my dogs do love love the product. Unfortunately I’m afraid to order again from them

Since you changed from TruDog to Halo I have not been able to get any help on the phone nor am I able to access my account!! Supposedly my password does not match my account. I need to change the length of delivery time between deliveries of the 2 items that we receive. Can you please have someone email me to help me? Thank you Noreen Chervinski
