Having problems with time line of autoship ? Please advise my order timeline how often I am scheduled for autoship

I've been a Trudog customer for a few years, though expensive for me I Love feeding them the best. I'm guessing from the turnover is why a couple of bags were older food that crumbled apart. I didn't have the time to mess with sending it back until I recieved another one. I went ahead & sent a note in about it twice with no response. I'm also seeing the prices going back up again. Which was excited to get the coupon orders. I believe anyone who is able to feed this freeze dried food to their dogs should. I'll still buy some for treats when sales/coupons come out. My 3 dogs Love most of them.

Salmon skin topper made my dog’s stomach upset. The three days I put it in his dry food resulted in a mess on my floor the next morning. After stopping feeding that to him has stopped the messes on my floors.

Product is great, but receiving texts every day is TOOO MUCH. Once I have purchased the product, there is no way I can place a new order every day. Please stop the daily texts.

I have yet to get my last 2 orders???
