Delivery was quick and very nicely packed. My 14 yr old Dashhound love the treats as well as the toppers!

Well, currently I am not pleased. But that is only because your reply/comment box dropped off in the middle of my reply. For the most part I am a happy customer because our Maggie loves the treats. My only complaint is at times when your company does something not right and instead of owning it, it gets turned around as if it is my fault. At times that may be true but this company never owns up to errors. That to me is not only wrong but arrogent and it is not the attitude we kept as a business that customers are always right. We both know that is not true but TruDog is never wrong. That is irritating. Your treats are magnificent most always, but mistakes happen! Thank you.

My dog loves this topper on his food. We are really happy that we can still order it. The packaging was great and the Real Beef and Salmon Skins Freeze-Dried raw Supper Topper for Dogs arrived right on time. Thanks also for the reminder when it is going to be shipped allowing me to change it if necessary. Kathy Brotz

This is my first order after Halo took over from Trudog. The product is the same which I am very happy about. The Fedex shipping was not so good. There were several delays. Fortunately I had enough food to last until the new order arrived. Looking forward to getting the same food we have always had.
