Great experience. Im very grateful that Hakuna Pets offers a replacement flap! If i had to offer any suggestions, it would be to include some form of magnetic strip along the long edge of the flap - as these sometimes bend (lets mosquitos in!).

Excellent product and easy install. Very happy with our new doggy door!
