I regret buying anything from you

If you're going to purchase their product, don't do it from them directly; they have a misleading return policy. (Maybe Amazon or Home Depot would be better). I bought a product with an inaccurate description, didn't fit, so when I went to return it (within the 30 day window), they charged me for shipping both to me and back to them (which ended up being the same price as the product itself). Customer service at first told me they would cover shipping, and even emailed me a pre-paid label, but then deducted the shipping cost from the refund amount. Very deceptive. If their product was described well in the first place, I wouldn't have purchased it. What a waste of money.

You did BAD. All wrong. You sent me the wrong product. And now I have to pay again for the right one. You knew I purchased TWO glass doors and still you sent me wrong extensions. The installation was a nightmare. My handyman made also a big mistake trying to install wrong extension. The product nonetheless is not stable and convenient for pets.

It was not going to work but I had to keep it
