Great customer service! An unusual occurrence where the one bolt on installation broke even though I was very careful with not too much torque. Customer service said that is not supposed to happen and sent me a replacement crate!

Shipping was really fast. Shipping estimated 1-7 days I got it in two almost 3 days.

Shipping was fast and nothing was damaged or missing. I forgot to order some accessories, so I gave them a call and allowed me to add them to the order to save on shipping cost. All came in one big box. Couldn’t be happier.
