Tinker is doing well on the dry and canned food we purchased! Being able to buy direct was a blessing for us as we live two hours away from the nearest retail outlet. The free shipping helped as well! I first called them as I wasn’t sure which food would be best for her, and they were great with helping me decide. Unfortunately the first bag they sent was the wrong kind, no problem, stuff happens. When I called they were apologetic and sent out the right brand the same day. The great thing was, they didn’t require I return the wrong food, which would have been a major pain, I was able to donate it to the local shelter. A win win situation, we’ll, except for them maybe! ;-). Will continue to send our business their way!
