Our Furhaven bed came damaged. We had ordered it from Amazon through the Furhaven store there so expected a kerfluffle in replacing it. After a phone call and a few pictures, voila! A new bed was shipped and our third giant rescue dog is happy. (Pictures are our new girl on an older Furhaven bed with a replacement cover.) We needed two Furhavens to prevent resource guarding and everyone is happy! Thank you, Furhaven!
