I had a wonderful experience with FurHaven. When I tried to place my order I tried to apply the discount I was offered. When it would not take I emailed customer service. When I received the reply they provided me with a discount code to use. I applied the code to my order and it went smoothly from there. When the bed arrived it was carefully boxed and wrapped in plastic. The bed was in excellent condition! I was so impressed with how soft the plush lining is. My lab Jessie was so delighted with her new bed. Since I ordered it for Christmas, I had her pose in the bed with a big red bow. I am using that photo to post on various labrador groups on facebook. I am recommending this bed for other lab owners. As it is not easy to find a high quality, sturdy, comfortable bed for large dogs. Thank you for your excellent service!

Truly a wonderful company. They know how to do customer service. I got my dog a little round for a donut thing, she loves it. Again, the best customer service.

My puppy loves her FurHaven bed so much that she destroyed the zipper. I ordered 2 new covers so that I could always have 1 available when it needs washing. Unfortunately, the package was lost during the initial shipping. When I alerted customer service they responded quickly and got another order in the mail ASAP. I really appreciated their quick response, and my puppy is loving her Furhaven bed again.
