I love the products but the subscription program could use some work. I don't mind the automatic delivery but it's too hard to sync up how often a product runs out and I end up paying for multiple deliveries a month. Because of that I cancelled my subscription and just do a bulk order. I pay more for the products but I save money on shipping. It would be nice if there was a chart to show if different supplements overlap. I specifically worry that I'm over supplementing causing a health risk but I also don't want to pay for two products when one covers it. Do I really need Turkey Tail and Seven Shrooms? I even asked customer service and they said giving everything to my dog was great. Which didn't really address my concerns. And I hate the Kibble Topper packaging. The seal doesn't stay sealed. It falls over. It's hard to scoop out the product. I faithfully use it but I swear every time I get powder all over the counter.

I would give you five stars as my 13 1/2 year old Scottie LOVES your soil based probiotic powder. She always eats well, but her enthusiasm over this powder on her kibble adds to her joy. However… I notice you are adding a credit card fee to your charges. Why? Don’t you claim this as a business expense for tax purposes? If you don't, why not? If you do, why are you charging me too?

The company is great. I am on a subscription plan. They contact me before my scheduled ship date just to give me a heads-up, which I find helpful. 5 stars
