Shipping is very quick.

When I get an email that Radar's food has shipped, it gets to me within 3-4 days, which is excellent! Since he is a small dog and only eats 3/4 cup each day, shipment arrives just as we get to the bottom of the bag. I appreciate that the packing slip is on top of the bag so when I slice the tape open I don't slice into the bag of food! *grin* Customer service at Dr. Marty's is always excellent; I appreciate also the auto response to let me know my request or comment has been received, and a personal note is always received within a day or two. My needs are always met. Whomever responds is considerate, thoughtful and knowledgeable so I can be confident that I am getting the best information to answer my questions.
