Took more than 2 weeks to show up when I paid for 2-3 day shipping. I’ve been trying to contact their customer support for weeks to cancel my order before it shipped since we didn’t need it anymore and after 5 emails I got 1 short response and then never heard from them again! 0/10 do not use

Never received product, never shipped

When I ordered this dog run, it took over a month before it was finally shipped. Not a good business move in my opinion. And no, don't blame it on Covid...that's over with!!

Failure to refund my purchase on returned item.
