I ordered this for my 92-year-old mother, who lives independently and has two cats. She can no longer "scoop" a traditional litter box. Her kitties have adjusted fine to the Litter Robot and it has worked fairly seamlessly so far. It did "stick" in rotation at one point but I believe it just needed a quick reset and was fine. She does have someone to help on occasion to reset, and I believe the contacts on the sides may need to be cleaned now and then. We are very impressed with this device and it is the only way she could keep her dear cats.
