When I emailed and asked why they were out of our dry food blend so long I got a fast, clear, and detailed response that so impressed me I let my favorite private dog store (Dog Krazy) read it (they were upset they were having a hard time getting this great product). I was blown away. They were blown away! Amazing food, amazing communication... Great company.
