I really had such high hopes my dog would love this. She has tried cranberries before and seemed to like them. But I added this to her food and she will not eat it.

I received an open bottle (the large size). It wasn’t sealed and the contents were leaking out. For some reason despite ordering off the site it was delivered by Amazon. Emailed you, and never received a response. Pretty disappointed as someone who’s been a loyal customer for many years. Also a total waste of my money, as I’m not comfortable giving my dog an opened bottle that looks like an Amazon return.

Very poor customer service.

I was truly hoping that this product for UTI’s would work For our Sophia’s constant UTI problems. But, It has not unfortunately, so here I sit with 11/2 containers of Cranimals. I had heard such good things about your product but it hasn’t worked for our girlie. As I say I have 1 1/2 containers of this product and it needs a home!

Unfortunately I have not had any pleasant experience in the two orders I placed with Cranimals. It's strange that they also still have India listed in the countries drop down even if they are not delivering in India. The product might be really nice, but did not have good experiences where logistics and support is involved.
