Great service. Ordered online and received notification that the order was ready. Went to the store, picked it up with no issues. Always great to work with the team at Chuck and Don’a.

My order wasn’t delivered to my house and they sent another. That was nice and I only had one touch point. I luckily placed my order with about a week of food to spare (unusual for me, I typically wait til the last minute!) and it ended up arriving just in time. As for the food, they discontinued Roosevelt but I ordered the Nutrisource beef and grains and my four pups seem to love it.
