Oh my goodness, how did I manage before them. ChristiesDirect are an excellent, competitive online company. Ordering was quick and easy, and the items well packaged and delivered before the estimated date of delivery. I'm slow in giving my review as I wanted to try out the clippers first. I have 3 hairy dogs and the cordless clippers were to replace my old corded ones. The variable speeds are excellent especially when clipping a nervous dog. Overall they are brilliant. I highly recommend both Christine's Direct and the Andis Pulse ZR II clippers.

I really liked the shampoo! The fragrance, in particular, is just wonderful. However, when I received the product from the website I ordered it from, I found that the packaging was opened, and about a quarter of the product had spilled out. I immediately contacted customer support and explained the situation, but unfortunately, I didn’t receive a response. However, a few days later, I received a new bottle of the shampoo, and I was pleasantly surprised. It seems they resolved the issue in this way. I am grateful to the store for their quick resolution of the problem.
