I really liked the shampoo! The fragrance, in particular, is just wonderful. However, when I received the product from the website I ordered it from, I found that the packaging was opened, and about a quarter of the product had spilled out. I immediately contacted customer support and explained the situation, but unfortunately, I didn’t receive a response. However, a few days later, I received a new bottle of the shampoo, and I was pleasantly surprised. It seems they resolved the issue in this way. I am grateful to the store for their quick resolution of the problem.
