Choolip

I like the ease of ordering it just took awhile to arrive.

Could be a little bit cheaper. Although they are still less than a dollar per tube…could be a little less on the pocketbook. Thank you!

Cat would not eat the sticks at all. I sent email to support almost a week ago. I have not received any response. Very poor customer service.

The shipment never arrived. The US Postal Service marked the package as ‘delivered’, although that was not the case. Our community has secure USPS parcel lockers, so chance of theft is minimal. Unfortunately, with the US Postal Service, the chance of incompetence is extremely high. Nonetheless, I paid a substantial amount for a product that Choolip has failed to deliver to me, and my requests for assistance through their customer support center have all been ignored. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Choolip to anyone based upon my very poor experience with them.
