Customer service is excellent! I’m very impressed with how quickly my question was answered and how fast the problem was resolved. I recommend the product and loved the customer service. I highly recommend this product and company.

Dear, we have bought the chicken guard in a shop (Horta) in the neighbourhood where we live; so no problem with order or delivery. The installation instructions are very clear and the systems works perfect. So we are very satisfied the chickens will sleep quietly.

Easy to setup and install, it has made my life much easier not having to worry about opening/closing the coop. Has been holding up well and seems to be well built. Not sure if the line is reinforced but it holds my stainless door well!

Great item! A lifesaver for chickens when you are away overnight or on vacation. The door is easy to program and works great. Thank you Chickenguard.

Really helpful, knowledgeable and kind. Talked me through upgrading the unit to the light sensitive model and helped me with the settings. My chickens are safe and I’m happy.
