Easy to deal with and answered all my questions along the way

It works well. I had to adapt a a plastic backing to mount it to my TSC metal wire frame coup. but that was easy. It seems reliable so far. the chickens are trained to coup up before sundown and the door shuts, then at sunrise they are allowed to roam without me forgetting to let them out.. Great and worth it if you are away for a day or two. I recommend an automatic treadle style feeder/dispenser also, if you have the patience, this requires training and observation to help them understand it's function. The door they accepted quickly & is worth it in the long run..
