I have not had to deal with customer service yet, because no issue with our Chicken door. Which is a good thing! I ordered off Amazon, and it arrived much quicker than we figured. We are very happy with the door, makes things so much easier. Also have had no issues with the cold weather we have been having this winter.

The chicken guard arrived in timely fashion and once fitted has worked flawlessly ever since. The makers three year warranty is testament to the confidence they have in their product. I used the factory set light levels for opening and closing the coop door which allows our hens to access the enclosed run for a drink and breakfast without having to wait for us to turn up. They put themselves to bed at night before the door closes so all I have to do is make sure that non of them have been locked out, which so far has not happened. The chicken guard allows us to have the occasional lie in without feeling guilty about our dereliction of duty, and after all a happy hen is a laying hen.
