Poor job with executing issues with missing parts. Waited 9 days from the day I called to the day I received the missing parts. Then continued the steps and come to find out there’s more missing parts. I didn’t want to wait another 9 days so made the missing parts myself instead.

I ordered and paid for all female bls Wyandottes, but ended up with a male rooster in the mix. While I’m fortunate to live where I can cull if needed, that’s not what I paid for. Disappointing experience, and I won’t be ordering again.

Not again. I had to chase these guys down for help, and finally had to call my CC provider. The coop and run look beautiful but small.

I ordered a second run of the same one I bought previously only to find out the sizing was different. I reached out to a girl in customer service who reached out to the manager and told me there was nothing they could do for me. I spent over 3 grand with this company and very disappointed in how I was treated. Ontop of that, the wood is very cheap and my hinges are already breaking off. The coop and run.
