I have never had any problems with customer service. They have always been very helpful about answering questions. And the one time I did ask about a return, because my dog did not do well with the product, they just credited me the purchase amount back with no hassel. And I did not have to bother with returning the product. I use several of their products and have only ever had an issue with one.

Shipping took a little bit but I was just antsy to get the product.
