Placing the order was easy, I've bought Catit products before from a Garden Centre and saw this product advertised online. Delivery took longer than expected but that could have been because of Christmas.

Easy to order online, with a good range of products available. My treehouse arrived with a bit of damage but Kathryn in customer service was super helpful and sorted out a replacement very quickly and threw in some treats by way of apology. The cats love the treehouse and the complimentary treats. Thank you!

Excellent product. Our elderly cat drinks so much more easily from Pixi fountain. He doesn’t have to stoop down and he loves the gentle mode so no splashes.
