Ordered a new pump for the water fountain as the existing one had started making a lot of noise! So pleased I could order a new part and didn't have to replace the whole unit as it was quite expensive to buy. Delivery came really quickly and the parcel included some complimentary cat biscuits which was a nice touch. Very happy.

I had a problem with my original Pixi Smart Fountain, as the UVC light had failed. After contacting customer services and providing them with some info and pictures regarding the problem, a new fountain was sent out to me. It was all dealt with very quickly; the new fountain was delivered within 24 hours and they even sent some Catit food for my cat to try. My cat and I are very happy customers!
