I contacted Catit when the pump/motor on my Pixi Fountain stopped working. Customer service gave me links and pointers to try and fix it. It worked! But then the motor failed. They went to great lengths to send me one under warranty! I was absolutely surprised and pleased as my cats LOVE the fountain and I couldn't go back to just standing water for them. I appreciate Catit and their services so much, I am also a returning customer cause I can't get enough of their amazing products!
