I haven’t needed any help with orders, because they’ve been perfect and packaging is such a great touch! Cristen is also so friendly and responsive on social media.

I've had an outstanding experience with Cristen + Bad Tags! The items are always high quality and they were packaged with surprise stickers, which was so cute. I love buying from small businesses and I'm happy to have discovered Bad Tags!

Fantastic! Fast and friendly service (even when shipped abroad to my side of the world) and always a lovely surprise to see a new tag slipped into my mailbox.
