The crate was bent when we got it out of the box (and it wasn’t from shipping). Instead of sending it back we made it work only to find out halfway through putting it together that a screw hole wasn’t drilled properly so we weren’t able to place a screw where it went. I also think that the pans in the bottom are very flimsy. Not very sturdy for a $300 cage. I was really hoping to find a good company with good products for my English Mastiff. We are new puppy parents so I’m sure we’ll be needing/wanting a lots more.

This crate is no match for my 12 month old Great Pyrenees puppy, unfortunately

Both pans arrived cracked. I need to request replacements. Review score might change when new pans arrive. Satisfied with cage portion. Very sturdy.

It’s a great design my large dog can get it off super easy!
