My dog just had surgery yesterday and in preparation I bought this item with high hopes that it would be a great alternative to the plastic cones. I was wrong! This extends far too much. My dog could not navigate at all because she couldn't see her feet. The other problem. . . she was constantly managing to pop open to snap buttons which meant that within 5 minutes of putting it on. . . she was out of it. I awoke last night to my dog licking the surgical site because she managed to easily get out of this cone. Off to Pet Smart I go to get the plastic cone! Total waste of money.

Horribly packaged. Everything was just shoved into a box with the bubble wrap not even serving its purpose. Everything was exposed and scratched by rubbing against the other metal parts

Too small. Got wrong size.

Bad got the wrong size and do know how to get a replacement.

Got the wrong side and returning the product for a replacement seem impossible.
