One of the wheel sockets was loose and fell out, so the wheel could not be tightened. I ended up glueing the socket into the housing, but had to wait 24hrs first it to cure to full strength. Delayed set up. Otherwise, good product.

Both pans arrived cracked. I need to request replacements. Review score might change when new pans arrive. Satisfied with cage portion. Very sturdy.

It’s a great design my large dog can get it off super easy!

2 bars were welded incorrectly to hold the plastic tray up

The product seems like a quality product unfortunately it still did not keep my dog from getting to her foot, which is the reason I needed to get it so I am going to now have to figure out how to return it which I do not really cherish.
