Good experience on my first purchase with Big Al’s.. the product was shipped very quickly which was awesome. Had a bit of a problem during the ordering process, but the matter was handled swiftly and I greatly appreciated the proactive measure taken by the team. I’d definitely shop with Big Al’s again.

A few years ago I frequented a Big Al's a few blocks away. Manager was great and so was his staff. I have since moved into the Vancouver suburbs and the closest petshop is NOT a Big Al's! Colour me sad! Any chance you could open a store in Port Coquitlam? It's just east of Vancouver and growing like crazy! Has lots of different animals and items nice staff

I enjoy visiting, even when I am not purchasing that day. I look at all the new lights, newly shaped aquariums, and of course the fish. Never a quick in and out. Recently asked staff about doing a planted aquarium and received lots of advice which has me tweaking my plans to make sure I get it right, first time. I look forward to April when I can get started.

The website revision has resulted in a difficult process for ordering supplies. I have been a customer for over 10 years but now find the website does not put an item into the shopping cart as expected but instead something else. I lack the patience of trying to use the website and may need to fill my orders elsewhere.
