BAD EXPERIENCE
My last purchase was was for 4 items that all showed in stock but my order did not show shipping even though the label was created for UPS the next day. This continued for a week. I sent 4 emails over the course of the next week that all went unanswered. Finally I received a reply that my order was being held for one of the items to come in from the Canadian warehouse and that there had also been a Canadian holiday causing the delay. I received my order 3 weeks after the day it was ordered. Customer service takes a week to reply to a problem and then gives silly excuses instead of accepting responsibility. What Canadian holiday causes major shipping delays in the month of May.
