I keep coming back to Big Al's for my fish supplies. Especially when it's a big ticket item or two i can always save some cash with them.

Prices are very good and they have a huge inventory of items. They especially shine in the customer service area. An order of two Betta tanks I recently received was damaged and with a picture of the damaged tanks I received two news tanks as a replacement. All handled smoothly by the returns department.

And I got it from Big Al's! They didn't have what I needed, but I will shop with them because they answered my question quickly, and helped me out when they could have ignored me! Thank you Big Al's, for being kind and thoughtful!
