Actually, they sent one wrong item (hey, we all make mistakes) but couriered it fast after I called and through in a good-sized high-quality food. Bonus. Was great talking to customer service representative -- not rushed and very informative and helpful. Been a long time since it's been so nice dealing with a company. Plus, the prices are very good.

Big Al's is my small pet store's go-to for supplies due to their great selection and prices and their rewards program. Any time I contact them with an issue I receive excellent customer service and quick resolution of the problem. Highly recommend!

Travis Drew helped me out with my sick Powder blue Gourami. He was very helpful with some different ideas to help my fish. Unfortunately the fish ended up passing away. It was difficult for me to be home as I was staying at my brothers house to watch his animals for a week. It will be awhile but I will eventually get another Gourami. This time I will be taking a closer look at the one I select. Thank you for all of the great information.
