Order Lost. Reported to Support Who Replaced it quickly!

When my order wasn'r received in a timely manner I contacted the support staff of Big Al's. An immediate trace by them proved that the order had indeed been lost by the shipping carrier. The support staff generated a new order which was filled and sent on its way to me. I received it and my fish are happy now! Thanks for the great work and follow-up. It is most appreciated.

Good customer service

PayPal was having issues processing my order and I didn’t want to miss the sale. I reached out via email and within the hour received a response. I was directed to call an agent and she did a good job getting everything processed as requested. Really excited to get my shipment and plan to order supplies in the near future. One thing, things often end up out of stock, the deals on this site are amazing for most of the Fluval parts so I assume that’s why things are out of stock so fast. If you are on the fence about ordering don’t be. It’s legit.

Few Other Options

I have been a loyal customer since coming over from England to Canada in 1984-5. I went to the Mississauga location when it first opened. I have kept almost every type of fish, from discus to piranhas. I rue the day that African cichlids became a fad, I do think they all look similar to coral (sea) dwelling fish. They do not (for me) have personality, Being somewhat advanced in years now, I have chosen Central American Cichlids as my most interesting fish. BUT the only ones I find in your store, or any others are the common ones (JD's, Jags, Convicts) How about getting in some Cubans (nandopsis tetracanthus) or silver cichlids (argentea) ? The bottom line is that African cichlids are more profitable ? Anyway, I'm looking forward to discovering some more interesting Central American cichlids in the future. yours sincerely, Daniel
