i ordered 5 items and only received one so i was billed for full order i can see one missing item but 4 out of 5 missing i would say you have a problem your customer service department handled it very well but something like that should have never happened again thanks to you customer service they are sending me my missing items,Just saying it makes me look bad that i have to call and complain especially when almost my whole order is missing,hope you figure out why something like this could happen

Best place to order from and they have a sweet fish store in Edmonton with a lot of cool fish to bad they are not in bc and they have good prices on fish food and huge bucket that's the best five out of five ratings

While I have not yet bought from Big Al's Pet Products, I plan on doing so. The products that I want today are out of stock but the pricing seems to be very good and customer care has committed to honor the current price when the products return to stock. I have received several prompt and helpful responses to my questions and I am pleased with the buying experience.
