My order came right on time with no issues

Ordered a bunch of things for my new 100gal tank. Everything shipped quicker than expected. Unfortunately, the heater i ordered was severely damaged during shipping and i hadn’t noticed til weeks after everything arrived(due to cycling my tank/laziness checking everything). Emailed customer service about it.. most places would have had me ship the heater back for inspection or would claim it was my fault instead of the postal service. However Big Al’s handled it very well. A couple pictures over email and they shipped a new heater in days no questions & no extra charge. New box was covered in “fragile” labeled tape, with lots of bubble wrap. Glad some businesses care! 100% recommending and buying from these guys again!
