i miss having the big al store in tamarac, florida it was awesome

I’ve received only one order but like the promptness and accuracy in the way that it was handled. I ordered again and after three days I sent a message asking why I did not have a tracking number only to find that it had not been shipped. I was also to receive free shipping and as my order was heavy I was unable to receive free shipping. With that being said I feel as though I am dealing with a reputable company and look forward to doing business with Big Al’s’ Pets. Thank you!

Bought a couple items from big al's very happy with the products and delivery time

I have used Microbe Lift PL in my pond for years and recently started using the TheraP as well. Microbe Lift products are not readily available in most pet shops and if they order it for you it can take weeks.So very glad I can get them at Big Al's online and free shipping as well. It's a no brainer, keep doing what your doing Big Al!!!
