I have thoroughly enjoyed watching a variety of your videos, Big Al. Not only are they informative, but well put together as well. I have been out of the 'aquarium' world but listening to your experts gives me a refresher course. You all really know your stuff. Kudos to you!

I ordered a decoration for my fish tank and during transit, it broke. Once I opened the box and saw that the piece was broken, I took pictures and sent them in an email to customer service. They responded within 24 hours and resolved my issue quickly. I am pleased. Will order from Big Al's Pets again.

I had read reviews stating poor service. These reviews were wrong. I received my 5 items quickly and in good condition and would definitely order online with them again. I had a great in store experience as well when I was in a town with a store.
