Love Big Al's besides from having so many great finds and deals online the customer service is top notch. They nice and helpful. I will definitely be a return customer

Arrived at the Mississauga Store to pick up some feeder goldfish. The small COVID19 line-up was well,controlled by Big Al's staff, allowing ten people into the store at a time. A member of staff took my order from outside the store as it was a small order and I didn't need to wander through the store as I normally would. Fish delivered to me with a smile, paid by credit card and out of the store in 5 minutes. Great service.

arrived ahead of schedule . Great we needed it asap

I had ordered a pond net for cleaning out my outdoor fountain and didn’t realize it was twice the size I actually needed and too large across for scooping out vertically the debris left by our trees on either side. I contacted Big Al’s who happen to be located outside the US in Canada to inquire about how I could best return the item. In time one of the customer service reps emailed me to let me know they had gone ahead and refunded the item! I was so surprised by this completely unexpected gesture, I’m only too happy to express my gratitude and appreciation to this company, who saved me from spending what would’ve been an expensive return! Thank you so very much!!!
