Customer service is GREAT. I once had the wrong color aquarium substrate delivered. Big Al's just sent me the correct color, no questions asked! I didn't even have to deal with sending the wrong color back.

This is a glowing review for Big Als & Emma in customer support. The order has arrived and I am completely pleased. I just barely looked through everything, and you can tell Big Als is a top notch outfit. Filter seal packaging was cut, however overflow was well packaged inside.
