Big Al's has a fantastic selection of pet products, great prices, and quick, courteous customer service. I purchased a Fluval tank kit from them and have purchased my water treatment supplies from them and I have been completely pleased with all products. The ordering process is simple and intuitive, and works, safely. The shipping time was clearly labeled and all products have come within the shipping timeframe. As long as I need fish supplies, I will look to Big Al's to meet my aquatic needs
