The pics of the turtle food I ordered in a large quantity were not as delivered and were large pieces not the small ones as in the pics advertised.

Their price is good but customer service is terrible. My last order missed 2 x plastic tanks. I sent bunch email and their C's said will send the missing part but it's been a week since last email and 3 weeks from when I got my order.

You did not ship one of the two products which was showing as in stock. You could have easily substituted 2 -1L Fusion 2 bottles instead of the 1 -2L ordered. You sent this request 4 times, 3 minutes apart. You finally sent an ordered delivered email but included the product that you said you did not have. Sorry, but the experience was kind of “Mickey mouse” Back to BRS.

I have left over and over messages about replacement part for my canister that I bought with you guys saying you don’t have it ...
