Prices, customer service, etc. are all great. However... the way you guys shipped my aquarium was an absolute joke. You tossed it into a bigger box with a few sections of "pillow" style cushions. It arrived completely shattered. No "fragile" stickers, no "glass", nothing other than "beware if seal is broken". Which makes zero sense. I ordered the same tank from a different company in the northeast on Monday and had it Wednesday. With no additional charge for a "heavy" item. It was also properly packed with stickers for glass, fragile, top, do not stack, etc. all over it. It was perfect. I'm not sure who packed the sucker, but that was an expensive and lazy effort.

Was excited to see that the filter media I use for my fish tank was available and on sale. Purchased enough to last for a while, only to receive a partial refund and half of what I ordered. If it was not in stock it should not have been advertised. No contact of any source to explain why the order was shorted. :(

Not impressed with the response time to get one 30 ml bottle and no response to my query about out of stock items. Happy to finally get my item.

This website is slow, cumbersome and unreliable. I used to do a lot of business as a guest. But even my laptop it’s a unrewarding challenge to try to submit an order. If it’s not rejecting the way you spell your name, the items you ordered you later find out are not in stock.

You always shipped to me before. I live officially in the NWT. I can see the Alberta border from my home. Over there is a place called Fort Fitzgerald with a population of a dozen or so. It is too small for a post office so our PO in Fort Smith serves them. We all pick up our mail in the same building. It seems they can get reasonable delivery but we cannot. Must be the post code game. I cannot buy fish food anywhere in our town, (pop 2400). Guess I have to drive several hundred Km to get some. Sheesh.
