I ordered a collar and lead for my greyhound and I’m so impressed with the quality of the products and would highly recommend

The items I ordered are great, fantastic quality. A lovely little touch was the free gift included. The downside of this being my order was clearly for 2 dogs and only 1 dog gift was included. Its a good way to encourage repeat purchases as now I need to buy another.

Customer services have been helpful however due to the royal mail strikes I am still waiting my items and have to waiting until 11th Nov before contacting them again regarding my delivery

Package is good, items well made, bad execution of tyeing the bow to the collar that could then not be removed unless cut!

I tried order two collars and a martindale collar but it would not allow me to check out. When I did eventually get the checkout system to work two of the collars were no longer available...wont be ordering again.....
