My cat looks NOTHING like the breed it said. Possible dna mixup ? Not sure, but wish I could get my money back please.

Took forever to get results had to wait ten weeks for a new results because they claimed the post office lost the test. Most times I emailed I got a generic email back that didn’t even help.
