I hesitated for ages before looking a barking collar for my puppy but he was getting out of hand. I use the collar very sparingly and whether he’s just growing out of the barking or the collar is helping, who knows but it’s improving. If I had it on him more frequently I’m sure the results would be better but I just can’t bring myself to do it. Customer service at PetSafe has been brilliant - I had problems with the first collar and they sent out a second one, no questions asked. Such a relief for a product worth over $100.

I purchased two of these collars (albeit reluctantly) because I live on an opposite corner from the Wicked Witch of the West who wrote a complaint to the council about my two dogs barking. They bark when someone pulls up in my driveway and when the lawnmower man comes but as far as I was aware that was it. Anyway - to keep the peace I put these on my two and the first day there was one flash, the second one flash and from then on NOTHING ! All I ever hear now is the dogs barking behind her house and the ones next to that. Fabulous result - I can rest assured that its not my dogs who are causing the problem. Thank you - highly recommended !

Good service & product effective

Have to recommend this product 100%. I was looking for something to keep our pup dry, warm and off the ground. I like the hammock type bests because it keeps them off the ground but they don’t have a roof normally. Then I cam across HoundHouse! I loved the fact that it was Australian made and suited to the outdoors. Our pup loves his, it is in a position where he can see everything that is going on and he can get away from it all because it is closed in. Best product ever and worth the money.

A piece of gold! Within two weeks of casual wear he stopped the ongoing barking. It now sits in a safe spot and only occasionally used. Best purchase, worth every penny. Super happy with service and product!
